DAS ERWARTET DICH:

Vehicle dynamics simulation and development incl. detailed studies, Concept development, Feasibility studies
Performance simulations and data analysis
Further developing tools, methods and models to improve understanding of the vehicle
Trackside support at racing and test events, including setup work and vehicle performance analysis
Working closely with drivers, engineers and interdisciplinary teams
Deriving optimization measures and passing on relevant findings to development departments
Contributing to technical issues and R&D topics in the field of vehicle dynamics and simulation

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, data analysis and engineering methods
A structured, scientific and technical approach to work, as well as an understanding of development and R&D processes
Initial practical experience in motorsport or vehicle development is an advantage (not a requirement)
Independent, reliable and goal-oriented approach to work
Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a service-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
English language skills (minimum B2 level), German language as an advantage
Willingness to undertake regular assignments at race tracks and test sites across Europe
